Chicken Bread Roll Recipe || चिकन/आलू ब्रेड रोल रेसिपी | Kids Special Recipe With English Subtitles


Chicken Bread Roll is a crispy from outside and smooth from inside recipe in which a tasty filling is made using chicken, various spices and boiled potatoes, then it is stuffed in Bread roll and deep fried in hot oil. METHOD 1.For the Rolls we need to make filing first, for this we need First, heat oil - 1 tablespoon in a pan To this add chopped onion - 1 medium sized and saute till pinkish Then add Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon Saute for few seconds 2.Then add Minced chicken - 150 gram Mix it well under high flame and saute for a minute, next lower the flame and add Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt as per taste Add little water and roast well 3.Now cook under lower flame till chicken kheema gets tender 4.Add few coriander leaves Chopped green chilies - 2 Spinach chopped - few leaves Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Juice of half a lemon Mix well and cook for 4 minutes under low flame so that spinach gets tender 5.Add boiled and mashed potatoes - 2 add little salt if required Our filing is ready, let it cool 6.For rolls we need bread slices,cut their sides and dip each slice in water, press it to remove extra water and then place the filing on it and roll it to form oval shaped rolls 7.Make rolls out of all the bread slices, we can make 10 bread rolls out of the filing made 8.Heat oil for deep frying, deep fry the rolls till they turn golden in colour 9.Serve hot with sauce of your choice 10. Can be used as a snack or a breakfast recipe or lunch item
