Chicken 1kg
Lemon 2pcs
Taste by salt
Coriander powder 1spoon
Cumin powder 1spoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1spoon
Turmeric powder 1spoon
Hot all spices powder 1spoon
MIX IT WELL
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Whole all hot spices
Water 1cup
Mix It 1Minutes
Marination 1/2 hours
Then
Cellofry within 15 to 20 minutes
And serve Onion , Lemon ? and chat masala .

Chicken cafreal is fiery, rustic, a bit tangy, utterly aromatic and absolutely delicious all at once!
Adjectives fall short to describe how fantastic this dish is!
Some folks add a splash of rum when the chicken is almost done which actually adds a nice, festive finish to the dish!
Served alongside some potato wedges/fries and salad, and you have a complete, wholesome meal.
