This is one of the exotic chicken preparation from the Mughal Era. As the name goes, it was named after a Mughal ruler Genghis Khan who is famously known as ‘Changez Khan’. He was very particular and specific about the taste of his dish. He used only ground spices and pastes to bring out the authentic flavour.
