Chicken Changezi primarily compromises rich gravy made of milk and cream with ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, all spices, The chicken is first roasted and add to the gravy.

Lets check out the step by step procedure to make this gravy and the ingredients below
Chicken – 1kg
Onions – 3-4 Sliced
Tomatoes – 4-5 Pureed
Curd – 250 grms
Almond – 15-20 nos (Deskinned)
Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillies Chopped
Red Chilly Powder – 1tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Dry Mango Powder – ½ tsp
Fresh Cream Milk – ¼ Cup (OPTIONAL)
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for Cooking
