Chicken Changezi is believed to be originated in the 13 th century during the rule of warrior Genghis Khan. The main flavors of this dish are from cream, cashew paste, and tomato puree.

roasted and powdered kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 3
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cashew paste – 1/4 cup
Fresh cream – 1/4 cup
water – 1/2 cup
