Chapli Kebab or Kabab (Pashto: چپلي کباب) is a Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton, or chicken with various spices in the shape of a patty.
these chicken chapli kababs are one of the easiest kebabs you can make any time and they taste so amazing and juicy bursting full of flavor.
It originates from Peshawar, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, and is also known in KPK as the Pekhawri Chapli Kabab or Peshawari Chapli Kabab

?Ingredients
► 500g Chicken mince [ use thigh mince as it contains fat, which makes kebabs juicy ]
► 1 tbsp Coriander seeds Roasted & crushed
► 1 tbsp Cumin seeds Roasted & crushed
► 1 Onion (100g)
► 1 Tomatoes deseeded & chopped (100g)
► 4 tbsp fresh Coriander finely chopped (20g)
► 2 tbsp Mint leaves) finely chopped (10g)
► 2 Green chilies finely chopped
► 1 tbsp Cornflour
► 2 tbsp Cornmeal (Makai ka atta )
► 1 & ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
► 1 tbsp Red chili Crushed
► 1 & ½ tbsp Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed
► 1sp Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder)
► 1/4 tsp Ajwain
► ½ tsp Salt or to taste
► 1 Egg
