Omelette Recipes
Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Omelette:
Chicken boneless (small cubes) 1 cup
Oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Eggs 5
Black olives (chopped) 2 tbsp
Cooked chicken 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) as required
Parsley (chopped) as required
Ingredients for Vegetable Cheese Omelette:
Eggs 5
Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 3 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Milk 1/3 cup
Oil (for cooking) 3 tbsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) as required
Tomato slices as required
Directions for Chicken Cheese Omelette Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add chicken, cook until chicken changes color. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper and cook until chicken is fully done and water dries out. Set aside.
2. In a bowl add eggs, capsicum, olives, cooked chicken, salt, black pepper, oregano, milk and whisk well.
3. In a pan heat oil and add egg mixture, cook until half done.
4. Add a layer of cheddar cheese, parsley and fold into half. Cover and cook until omelette is fully done.
5. Your Chicken Cheese Omelette is ready.
Directions for Vegetable Cheese Omelette Preparation:
6. In a bowl add eggs, onion, tomatoes, green coriander, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, milk and whisk it well.
7. Heat oil in a pan and add egg mixture on it. Cook until half done.
8. Add cheese on it, garnish it with tomatoes and fold it into half. Cover and cook until omelette is done.
9. Your Vegetable Cheese Omelette is ready. Serve with bread and enjoy.
