Chicken cheese Seekh kabab, These kabab are super flavorful, tender, and delicious. You can make it with ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen.
Ingredients
Minced chicken 1 lb
onion 1
Green chilies 4
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Maida 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Grated mozzarella 1/2 cup
Salt 1.5 tsp
Instructions
* In a chopper or a grinding jar, add chopped onion, garlic, green chilies.
* In a large mixing bowl, add minced chicken, ground masala from the grinder, all purpose flour, corn flour, red chili flakes, garam masala powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, crushed coriander seeds, salt and mozzarella cheese.
* Mix everything well until all the spices and aromatics have smoothly combined with the chicken mince.
* Marinate the chicken kabab mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
* Dip your hands in cold water and take a handful of kabab mixture. Shape it like a log. Dip your hands again in the water and flatten the kababs by making small dents with help of your thumb and index finger.
* Heat cooking oil in a large flat pan or grill. Place the kabab side by side and cook on all four sides on low flame. Keep the flame between low and medium.
* Keep turning the Kababs after every 3 minutes so that all the sides are evenly cooked.
* Remove from pan when the kababs turn golden.
* Serve hot with mint chutney or any of your favorite chutney.
