Ingredients:
Chicken – 200 gram
Onion – 1 big size finely chopped
Tomato – 1 no
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as required
Pepper – 2 tspn
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Coriander – 2 tsp
Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Fennel – ½ tsp
Green Chili – 2 nos
Curry leaves – little
Coconut – 2 tbsp
Small Onion Paste – 2 tbsp
Procedure:
1. In a kadai, heat oil and add fennel and kadai. Sauté few seconds.
2. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
3. Add tomato, small onion paste and the spices (turmeric powder, chili powder, and coriander powder) and sauté well.
4. Add chicken and little water and cook 10 to 15 mins on medium flame.
5. In a jar add coconut, green chili and fennel seeds and grind it to a fine paste.
6. Add the fine ground paste to the gravy and add pepper cook it 5 mins on low flame.
7. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
8. Chicken Chops is ready to serve.
