Chicken Curry Recipe | Simple Chicken Curry For Beginners
Ingredients :
Chicken
Onions
Tomato Puree
Curry Powder
Garam Masala
Yogurt
Salt
Oil
Fresh Corriander
Fresh chilies ( optional)
Instruction:
1. Add 3 tbsp of oil
2. Add 2 medium chopped onions
3. Cook until light brown
4. Add 2 tbsp of tomato puree with 3tbsp of water
5. Cook for 5 min, but keep adding
water to avoid burning
6. Add 1tbsp of curry powder, 1tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt, and chicken. I used 3 chicken breasts
7. Add 1tsp of black pepper, and 4 to 5tbsp of natural yogurt
8. Add some chopped chilies if you want with a handful of chopped corriander
9. Cover and cook for 10min on low heat
10. Serve and ENJOY.
