Chicken Curry ??
Gata have:
½ cup cooking oil
1 large potato, cut into cubes
1 medium carrot, cut into cubes
½ cup green and red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, thinly sliced
500 g chicken thigh fillet or chicken cut-up
½ pack seasoning granules
2 tbsp curry powder
½ cup chicken broth or water
200 mL pack Coco Mama Fresh Gata
1 ½ tbsp patis
1 tbsp sugar
1 red finger chili, chopped (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Gata cook!
Step 1: Heat ½ cup of cooking oil on a frying pan. Fry potatoes and carrots until light brown. Add bell peppers and quickly fry. Set aside.
Step 2: In a deep pot, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and saute onion, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken fillet and seasoning granules.
Step 3: Add curry powder and water into the chicken and add Coco Mama Fresh Gata. Cover the pot and bring to a simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add sugar and patis. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Add fried vegetables and chopped chili. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and serve.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
