METHOD: Add 100 grams of curd , salt, black pepper powder, 4 teaspoons soybean oil, and mix them with with chicken. Let the chicken to be marinated for 45 minutes.
After marination heat a pan. Place oil, bay leaves, cumin seeds, cardamoms and chhinnamons. Add chopped onions. Fry this for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add capsicum, tomatoes. Mix well. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, sugar, salt and turmeric powder. Stir and cook for 5/6 minutes at the medium heat.
Now add chicken pieces. Stir well to mix. Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes at the low heat. After that remove the cover and stir. Cover again. Keep this process repeatedly till it boils. It will take about 20 minutes.
Now add paste of poppy seeds and cashew nuts. Cover the pan and cook for 2/3 minutes. Add paste of raisins paste. Stir. After a few minutes add butter. Cover pan. After 2 minutes, switch off the heat and add chinnamon powder. Cover again.
