Ingredients
Chicken cutlets
500 grams chicken boiled with salt, pepper, turmeric, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic and green chilli paste and shredded
300 grams onions chopped
2 eggs
350 grams potato boiled and mashed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic green chilli paste
Half teaspoon garam masala powder
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon chopped
Method
Heat 2 teaspoon oil and saute onion till light brown
Add in the pepper powder to taste and garam masala. Fry for 2-3 minutes
Then add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic green chilli paste. Mix well
Add in the Boiled potatoes mix well then add in the cooked shredded chicken.
Cool the mix
Once the mix is cooled add in the chopped Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon or as per taste.
Take a lemon sized ball of the mixture. Shape them into any shape you like and dip them in the beaten eggs. Coat them well and transfer them to the bread crumbs. Coat it well and keep aside.
Heat oil for frying the cutlets.
Add the cutlets to hot oil gently. And fry on medium heat.
Dont stir for 2 minutes as the coating will come off. Once a nice color is achieved turn the cutlets and fry till crispy.
