Chicken Cutlet is a tasty and Crispy Cutlet recipe made using chicken and potatoes mixed together and fried into crispy and delicious Cutlets

LET US LEARN THE PROCESS

1.Boneless chicken – 1/2 kilo, cut in to small sized pieces and then grind them

2.In a pan heat oil – 1 tablespoon
To it add Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon, saute
Then add Chopped onions – 2 medium sized and saute till pinkish
Add chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped green chilies – 3
Saute for 30 seconds

3.Now add
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt as required
Mix well

4.Add ground chicken and mix well and cook for 15 minutes or till it turns tender

5. Mash the cooked chicken and add
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Few chopped coriander leaves
Mix well and let it cool, Grind it a bit after it gets cooled

6.To this mashed chicken add
Chopped onions – 1 medium sized
Few chopped coriander leaves
Few chopped mint leaves
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 3 medium sized, they give good binding to cutlets
Add salt as required

7.Now make cutlets of your desired shapes

8.For first coating of cutlets we need
Eggs – 3
Sprinkle little salt and black pepper powder
Beat the eggs well
First coating is ready

9.For second coating we need
Bread crumbs as required
To it add
Salt – 2 pinches
Chat masala – 1 pinch
Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
Garam masala powder – 1 pinch
Mix well

10.Dip cutlet in egg then in bread crumbs mixture and deep fry them in hot oil, serve hot
