Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 100g
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Water ½ Cup
-Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 medium
-Gajar (Carrot) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Bread slices 4 large
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add chicken,salt,ginger garlic paste,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame until tender (6-8 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-In a chopper,add boiled chicken,chop well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add potato & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add chopped chicken,carrot,onion,green chillies,spring onion,fresh coriander,black pepper powder, cumin powder,salt,chaat masala,cornflour,red chilli crushed,egg & mix well.
-On a bread slice,add & spread prepared filling.
-Grease heated griddle with cooking oil,place prepared toast (mixture side down) & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden (makes 4).
-Cut in pieces & serve!

-Saucepan mein chicken,namak,adrak lehsan paste aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein boiled chicken dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein aloo dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Chopped chicken,gajar,pyaz,hari mirchein,hara pyaz,hara dhania,kali mirch powder,zeera powder, namak,chaat masasla,cornflour,lal mirch crushed aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bread slice per tayyar filling dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Garam tawa ko cooking oil sa grease karein,tayyar toast (mixture side down) rakh dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak paka lein (makes 4).
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
