Ingredients
– 2 to 3 tbsp Oil
– 1 tsp Jeera
– Sliced Onions
– 1 tsp salt
– 3 tbsp garlic ginger paste
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 cup of curd
– 1 tbsp of Jeera Powder
– 1 tbsp of coriander powder
– 1 tbsp red chilli powder
– 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
– 1 chopped green chilli
– chopped coriander leaves
– 1 cup of water
– 2 dry red chillies
– Chopped Onions
– 1 tsp of garam masala
– juice of half lime
Method
– In a pan add oil, jeera, onions, salt, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder and cook it well
– Once the masala is done add curd, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, boneless chicken and let it cook for 15 minutes
– Add green chilli, coriander leaves, water, dry red chillies, chopped onions and cover it with lid and let it cook for 5 minutes
– Add coriander leaves, garam masala and juice of half lime
Chicken Do Pyaza is ready to be served!
