Ingredients
300 gms- chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
4 large sized- onions, sliced roughly
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
2 tbsp – oil
1 tsp – red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp – spice powder or garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp gatlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
How to Make Dry Chicken Fry
Wash the chicken and marinate with
1/2 tsp – turmeric powde
1 tsp – red chilli powder
salt to taste ( I’ve taken 1 tsp in 300gms chicken)
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Marinate for about 10 minutes.
AFTER 10 MINS FRY THE THE CHICKEN PIECES IN A KADAI OR A PAN
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till translucent .
Add 1 tsp ginger paste again and some green chillies, & 1 bay leaf
Toss in the fried chicken pieces and mix well.
Close the pan with a lid and cook on slow heat for about 10 minutes till the chicken is 100% cooked.
Add 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
and fry till the gravy dries up and the chicken is dry.
