Chicken – 700gm
Curd – 2 tbs (big)
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Dried coriander powder – 1t bs
Cumin powder – 1 tbs
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1+1 tbs
Ginger paste – 1+1 tbs
Desi ghee – 2 tbs (big)
Bay leaf – 2no.
Cinnamon – 1+1”
Dry Red Chilli – 2no
Black Cardamom – 2
Cloves- 5-6
Cumin – 1 tbs
Onion – 3-4 (big)
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Tomato – 3-4 (purée)
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder – 1 tbs
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbs
Chicken masala – 2 tbs
Food colours
Semi cooked/half boiled Rice – 1 glass
Salt as per taste
Water as required
