1. Chicken Fry Karte Time Maine Pyaz ka Zyada Use Kiya Jo Ki Disaster tha , Muje Itne Pyaz use nahi karne chhayye th, Usse hua kya Chicken Ki Gravy Bhaut Zyada Meethi ho gayi, App kewal 3 hi mediun size pyaz use karna jab app Chicken Fry kare

2. Khushboo K Liye Jo Maine Kewda Use Kiya wo bhuat zyada hua , Muje kewal 5 se 8 drops use karne chayye th , Aur flavour k Chakkar Mai maine 30 drop dal diye approx, app Yeah Galti Na karna

3. Pudina K Patte Kuch Zyada Hi Dal Gaya mai , App wo Galti Na Karna

Agar yeah Sab galtian Na Ki Hoti , Toh Biryani Bhaut Hi JaaBar Hoti

Aur Jo Garam Masala Maine Banaya tha , Bhai uska Flavour toh bhaut Hi zabardast tha, App Wo Masala zarror banayega Bhuat Hi lajawab taste dega

Agali Bar Mutton Biryani Mai Aisi Galtian Na karunga

I am So Sorry

The Three Mistakes which i did are
1 . Excessive use of onions while frying chicken, should have used only 3 medium size onion
2. For Good Aroma i used Excessive quanity of Kewda Water, used 30 drops a big disaster , while it should have been only 5 to 8 drops
3. More use of Mint for Better taste use only 3 to 5 leaves , i used more than 20 leaves.

Recipe is Good But These above three faults Spoiled my Biryani

7 Curd
8. Home made Garama masala

Ingredients while making Biryani Before Dum
1. Kewda Water
2. Mint Leaves
3. Coriander Leaves
4. Food Colour Yellow
5. Brown fried Onion
6. Desi Ghee or Butter
