We’ve been making this recipe a lot lately at our house!! This is a very tasty recipe that we doubled to make 8 portions. You have a couple options with this, because you can put into a tortilla instead of eating the rice.
You can make this with chicken tenderloins OR buy chicken breasts and cut them into smaller pieces.
