1 1/2 Cups Half & Half (Approx.)
8 1/2oz White Wine
1/2 Cup Parmesan Shredded
1/2 Cup Extra Sharp White Cheddar Shredded
1 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley Chopped (Half For Dish and The Rest For Gaenish)
Salt & Pepper To Taste
*Do Not Fill Pan More Than Half Way With Half & Half
