Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Corn Tortillas:
-Makai ka atta (Corn meal) sifted 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 & ½ tbs
-Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup or as required
-Mon salwa chicken fries 425 g
-Cooking oil for frying
Ranch Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Worcestershire sauce ½ tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Fresh coriander or Cilantro chopped 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In bowl,add corn meal,all-purpose flour,mixed herbs,salt and mix.
-Add cooking oil and mix well.
-Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed.
-Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry chicken fries on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
-In bowl,add yogurt,mayonnaise,salt,dried parsley,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,onion powder, worcestershire sauce,whisk well & set aside.
-In bowl,add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,fresh coriander or cilantro,black pepper crushed,cumin seeds,mix well & set aside.
-Take a dough and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut into round shape with the help of the cutter (makes 12).
-Heat griddle,place rolled dough and cook on medium flame from both sides until done.
-To make them pliable,wrap a stack of corn tortillas in a kitchen towel.
-Can be stored in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
-On corn tortilla,add cheese mixture,chicken fries and roll up each tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry from both sides until golden brown.
-Drizzle prepared sauce and garnish with fresh coriander & serve.

-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken fries ko darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes ya golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Bowl mein dahi,mayonnaise,namak,dried parsley,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,onion powder aur Worcestershire sauce dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,hara dhania or cilantro,kali mirch crushed aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dough ko le ker ball bana lein aur dry maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Round cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein (makes 12).
-Garam tawa per rolled dough rakh dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa paka lein.
-Kitchen towel mein stack ker ka rakh dein.
-3 weeks tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Corn tortilla per cheese mixture aur chicken fries dal ker roll ker lein aur toothpick laga lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Tayyar sauce drizzle karein aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
