1 cup Basmati Rice
200g Boneless Chicken
100g Carrot
60g French Beans
½ cup Spring Onion
1 tsp. Ginger / Garlic paste
½ Tbsp. Cornflour
½ Tbsp. Plain Flour (Maida)
1 + ¼ tsp. Soy Sauce
¼ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. White Pepper Powder
1 Egg
½ Tbsp. Butter
¼ tsp. Chicken Stock Powder
½ tsp. Red Chilli Sauce
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
