Fried rice, chicken fried rice is very popular Chinese food in any cuisine & any kind of people.
In many ways, one can cook fried rice. In this video, I try to make chicken fried rice in a very simple and easy way at home.
Anyone can learn this recipe without difficulty. In this recipe, I use some colourful vegetables also to looking more gorgeous.
You can prepare these restaurant style chicken fried rice for any special someone, for kids, for any guests or for any kind of purpose.
Chicken fried rice recipe, Restaurant style, Chicken stir fry with rice at home, Nian’s Cooking Diary INGREDIENTS:
250 gm basmati /aromatic rice
½ cup boneless chicken with little size
2 tbsp yogurt
3 tsp garlic & zinger paste
1 tsp salt
½ cup chopped onion
2 egg’s yolk
1 medium size carrot (chopped)
1/3rd cup green peas
1/3rd cup onion leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp green beans (chopped)
3-4 piece green chili
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp soya sauce
½ cup oil
Some chopped letus
Chicken fried rice recipe, Restaurant style, Chicken stir fry with rice at home, Nian’s Cooking Diary PROCEDURE:
Firstly, wash rice and soak water perfectly. Then in a bowl, boil around 1 liter water.
Pour rice and boil this 50%. It will take 10-12 minute in medium flame. Drain water with a sieve.
Let’s prepare chicken. Add yogurt, garlic paste, zinger paste and salt with chicken. Put this 30 minutes for marinate.
Take 2 egg’s yolk. Whisk properly.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Pour whisk yolk and stir to chop perfectly.
Add little salt with chopped yolk.
Again add 2 tbsp oil in pan. Now pour marinated chicken, sizzling this in medium flame. Add soya sauce and stir. Cook these 15 minutes to make chicken sodden.
Heat some oil. Add chopped onion. Fry onion until light brown color in medium flame.
Add green peas, chopped onion leaves & chopped green beans. Stir and cook this in low flame. Flip with cover to properly boil these.
Now add fried chicken and chopped egg yolk. Mix all. Cook & sizzle mixture minimum 10 minutes.
Then add boiled rice. Mix all very carefully, not to break rice.
Add colourful crushed carrot, chopped green chili and chopped letus. Add some white pepper for more smelly.
Cook 2 minutes with cover in low flame.
Serve with any curry.
