? Ingredients for Chicken Fry (1st Recipe):
– Chicken with bones- 500 gms

For marination/ mix:
– Turmeric Powder : 1 Tspn
– Chilli Powder: 2 Tspns
– Garam Masala powder: 1 Tspn
– Salt: 2 Tspns
– Coriander powder: 1 Tspn
– Ginger garlic paste: 1 Tspn
– Lemon juice: 1 Tspn

For Cooking:
– Oil: 2 Tspns
– Cashew: 10
– Curry Leaves: 10
– Chillies: 5 Sliced
– Onions: 1 Finely Chopped
– Coriander: 50 gms

Preparation:
– Take 500 gms of chicken with bones, wash it well and keep it to drain.
– Add all the items indicated for the marination/mix to the chicken and mix well.
– Set aside for around 1 hr.

Process:
– Heat oil in a skillet or deep pan and when the oil is medium hot, add the chicken pieces so as not to crowd the pan.
– Keep stirring them while frying for 10 mins on medium heat.
– Fry till they are uniformly browned.
– Remove the pieces onto a bowl.
– Heat 1 Tspn oil in the same pan and add Cashew & Curry leaves.
– Fry them and add the chopped green chillies and onion.
– Fry until the onion turns brown and add the cooked chicken.
– Add coriander and fry for 2 mins.

? Ingredients for Chicken Fry (2nd Recipe):
– Chicken small pieces- 500 gms

For marination/ mix:
– Turmeric Powder : 2 Tspns
– Chilli Powder: 2 Tspns
– Garam Masala powder: 2 Tspns
– Salt: 1 Tspn
– Coriander powder: 1 Tspn
– Ginger garlic paste: 1 Tspn
– Lemon juice: 1 Tspn
– Mint leaves: 5

For Cooking:
– Oil: 5 Tspns
– Cashew: 10
– Curry Leaves: 10
– Red Chillies: 4 Sliced
– Mint leaves: 5
– Soya sauce: 2 Tspns
– Vinegar: 1 Tspn

Preparation:
– Take 500 gms of chicken and cut into small pieces, wash it well and keep it to drain.
– Add all the items indicated for the marination/mix to the chicken and mix well.
– Set aside for around 1 hr.

Process:
– Heat oil in a skillet or deep pan and when the oil is medium hot, add the chicken pieces so as not to crowd the pan.
– Keep stirring them while frying for 15 mins on medium heat.
– Add half cup of water and fry till they are uniformly browned.
– Add the cashew and red chillies.
– Fry them and add the mint and curry leaves.
– Now add the soya sauce and vinegar and fry for 2 mins.
