Chicken fry is a tasty and yummy dish that goes well with rice and sambar or chicken gravy. It is very simple to make and does not require any grinding of masalas. Hence, it is an easy method for bachelors and beginners. Kids will also love this dish as I have prepared it with medium spice.
Kulumbu milagai powder can be substituted with 1 tsp of red chilli powder and 3/4 tbsp of coriander powder. Increase the amount of chilli powder, if you prefer a spicy fry. Cook the chicken on medium flame for a juicy and tender chicken fry.
