Easy peasy chicken fry at home!
It’s a lot more easy than you think it is.
Ingredients I used:
– 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
– few curry leaves, finely chopped
– 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– salt
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 2 to 3 tsp red chilli powder (or as needed)
– 1/2 tsp pepper powder
– 1/2 tbsp powder
– 1/2 tsp garam masala
– 1 tbsp thick dahi/yogurt
– 1/2 tsp soy sauce
– 1 to 2 tbsp cornflour
– oil for frying
Procedure:
– Wash the chicken and pat dry it. It should not have any water at all.
Add all ingredients to the chicken and coat the chicken well. Let it sit for at least 1/2 an hour. I kept it for 2 hours.
– Then add a tbsp of corn flour into the chicken and coat it well.
– Deep fry it in oil
