Chicken ghee roast is a famous manglorian dish cooked with Byagdi chillies . It’s not as spicy as it looks .

Ingredients
Chicken :750 gms
Byadgi chillies :12 nos
( if not available use Kashmiri chillies)
Garlic skin removed :4 pieces
Cashew nuts :2 tbsp or 12 pieces
Tamarind pulp: 1 tbsp
Jaggery ( palm sugar ) 1 tsp
Ghee :3 to 4 Tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water as required
