Today’s recipe is Chicken Ghee Roast.. Marinate the chicken for atleast one hour.. If more than one hour, keep it in the fridge..
Ingredients:
For marination:
Chicken – 300 g
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Curd
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 Turmeric powder
For Dry Roast:
Dry Red Chillies – 8 to 10
2 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Pepper
5 to 6 Garlic cloves
1 piece Ginger
For Chicken Ghee Roast:
4 tbsp Ghee
1 onion (medium) – chopped
Marinated chicken
Salt – as per taste
Curry Leaves – 1 spring
