This video has three different chicken recipes that are very popular in our coastal Karnataka. Every non-vegetarian absolutely loves these delicious recipes. So sharing it here so that you can try them too.

Chicken kabab (Make a paste without frying)
Byadgi & Guntur chilly – 200g total (100g each)
Ginger – 100g
Garlic – 100g
Jeera – 1 tb spoon
Hing paste – 1 inch
Black pepper – 1 tb spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 spoon
Chicken Ghee Roast
Mente – 1/4 t spoon
Jeera – 1/2 t spoon
Black pepper – 1 t spoon
Coriander seeds – 2 t spoon
Garlick – 6 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch
Tamarind – size of a small lemon
Jaggery – size of small lemon
Byadgi & Guntur chilly – 50g total
Tamarind – 1/4 t spoon
Chicken Sukka
Byadgi & Guntur chilly – 200g total (100g each)
Coriander powder – 100g
Jeera – 2 tb spoon
Mente – 1/2 tb spoon
Mustard – 1/2 tb spoon
Turmeric – 1/2 tb spoon
Garlic – 3 full
Tamarind – size of small lemon
Curry leaves – 15
Black Pepper – 2 tb spoon
