Chicken Ginger Karahi Recipe | Easy Ginger Chicken Masala Karahi (In Urdu) By Shaz Kitchen

Very easy and special recipe of chicken Karahi with ginger flavor. It is a must try recipe.
Let’s learn how to make restaurant style chicken ginger karahi , a step by step recipe :
Ingredients:
• Oil 4 Tbsp
• Chicken 750 Grams
• Yogurt 4 Tbsp
• Water ½ Cup
• Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp
• Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
• Onion (Paste) 1
• Tomato (Paste) 2
• Green Chili 2-3
• Julienne Cut Ginger 1 Tbsp
• Lemon (Juice) 1
• Roasted & Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 Tbsp
• Roasted & Crushed Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
• Crushed Black Pepper ½ Tsp
• Salt To Taste
• Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
• Red Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
• Dry Fenugreek Leaves 1 Tsp
Method:
• In a bowl add chicken , ginger paste , garlic paste and mix well
• Cover and keep in fridge for half an hour to marinate
• Put a wok on medium flame
• Add and heat oil
• Add onion paste and cook until translucent
• Add marinated chicken and well cook for 3-4 minutes
• Add tomato paste and mix well
• Add roasted & crushed coriander and cumin , crushed black pepper , salt , turmeric powder , red chili flakes and mix well
• Add yogurt and mix well
• Cover and cook until yogurt’s water dry
• Add water , cover and cook until chicken done
• Add all spices powder , green chili , julienne cut ginger , lemon juice , dry fenugreek leaves , cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes
• Chicken ginger Karahi is ready
