This super simple dish can be made with chicken breast or thighs, but I prefer thighs because they stay juicy and tender. If you’re using chicken breasts, I suggest cutting them into smaller pieces or pounding them thin to make sure they cook quickly.

All you need for this recipe is:
500 grams boneless chicken (cut into strips)
3 large tomatoes
1 large onion
ginger
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander and
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 green chilies
1/2 tsp all spices (garam masala)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
garnish with coriander and ginger
