800g of thinly sliced chicken breast
3 tbsp of oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 large onion (sliced)
2 stalks of sliced onion leaves
1 red chilli (sliced)
1 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp of corn starch
