Merry Christmas to all of you.
I had a red wine ( from Mcleodganj, India ) at home since a long time and was contemplating of cooking something with this.
So to make this Christmas more special cooked this recipe and this turned out really delicious.
You may also pour the sauce on the chicken instead of dipping the entire chicken into the sauce ( in case you donot want too saucy )
Either way it will be delicious to eat.
