chicken kadhai – How to make white chicken karahi / curry @Cooking with Asifa
Ingredients MUST be selected High Quality :
Fresh Good Quality Chicken 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp / as per taste,
Fresh crushed green chili 3 pieces,
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tbsp,
Ginger 1 inch piece, nicely sliced,
Fresh Green chili 3 to 4 pieces,
Roasted & Crushed Coriander 1 tbsp,
Roasted & crushed cumin seed 1 tbsp,
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp,
Garam masala 1/2 tsp,
Lemon juice 1 + 1/2 tbsp,
Cooking Veggie Oil 5 tbsp,
Yogurt 200 g,
Fresh Cream 200 g,
Procedure:
Put the Pan on stove, turn on the Flame and add cooking oil, heat the oil and add chicken. Stir & fry till white color. Add green chili paste, ginger, garlic paste and salt.
Mix and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame.
In Yogurt add coriander, cumin seeds, black pepper mix it and add in chicken. Cover it and cook until yogurt dries and chicken is tender. Add fresh cream and mix it. Add Sliced ginger, green chili, and cook it another 5 to 6 minutes. At last add Lemon juice & Gram-masala and stir it well.
The delicious White Chicken Curry is ready!
