CHICKEN KALEJI MASALA || CHICKEN LIVER MASALA || FRY LIVER ||EID SPECIAL RECIPE 1


HOW TO MAKE FRY KALEJI
kaleji liver 1/2 kg
oil 1/2 cup
garlic paste 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
red chili pwd 1 tsp
tikka masala 1 tbsp or to taste
dry roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp and 1/2 tsp
onion fine chopped 1 med
tomato fine chopped 1 large
yogurt 2 tbsp
ginger 1 inch julianne
dry fenuegreek leaves 1 tsp
fresh coriander 2 tbsp
green chilies 2 chopped
METHOD:
first boil liver kaleji in 1 tsp garlic paste and 1/2 tsp turmeric for 6 to 8 mins
then drain all water
add oil in a pan and saute onion
when it turns translucent add garlic paste and all spuces except garam masala pwd
add 2 tbsp water and cook it nicely
when oil comes out add tomato,ginger and green chilies
cook them til tomatoes become paste
then add kaleji in it
cook it by adding 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes on med low flame.
it will be cooked in 5 mins because it is par boiled
now add yogurt and feneugreek leaves and garam masala pwd.
sprinkle coriander leaves.
simmer it for another 2 minutes and serve.
