300 grams boneless chicken breast (skinless optional)

for marination:
60 ml soy sauce
50 ml sake, rice vinegar – you can also you local brand of vinegar
½ inches ginger, crushed or grated

for batter and frying:

½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup corn starch
500 ml cooking oil
