For the Marinade:

Chilli Powder – 1.5 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Curd – 2 Tbsp
Onion – 1( thinly sliced)
Chat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Onion – 1
Coriander leaves
Egg – 1
Parota – 1
Green Chutney:
Mint leaves – 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Green Chilly – 1
Tamarind – 1 small piece
Garlic – 1 small clove
Chat Masala Powder – 1/2 Tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 Tbsp
Salt – As required
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Blend the above ingredients for the green chutney
