Keema Cutlet is a delicious Indian snack time recipe. Its a simple & easy recipe where chicken keema and potatoes are mixed with lot of spices and fried well.
Ingredients:
250 gms chicken keema
3-4 boiled & mashed potatoes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1-1 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 chopped green chillies
3-4 crushed cloves
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
feshly chopped Coriander
Salt
1 egg
Oil for shallow frying
2 cups Rice flakes
Method
In a bowl add 250 gms chicken keema, 3-4 boiled potatoes, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 chopped green chillies, 3-4 crushed cloves, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, freshly chopped coriander, salt to taste, 1 egg and mix well.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat cutlet.
Now cover it with rice flakes and shallow fry the cutlets on both the sides till it turns golden brown.
Your hot and crispy Chicken Keema Cutlets are ready to be served.
