Ingredients :
• Oil 4 Tbsp
• Rice 1 Cup
• Mince Chicen 150 Grams
• Onion 1
• Tomato 1
• Green Chili 3-4
• Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
• Bay Leaf 1
• Black Cardamom 1
• Cinnamon Stick 1” Piece
• Cloves 3-4
• Black Pepper Corn 8-10
• Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
• Salt 1 Tsp
• Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
• Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
• Yogurt 4 Tbsp
• Water 1-1/2 Cup
Method :
• Soaked rice for half an hour
• Put a pot on medium flame
• Add and heat oil
• Add onion and fry in lite golden color
• Add bay leaf , black cardamom , cinnamon stick , black pepper corns , cloves , cumin seeds , mince chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes
• Add ginger garlic paste , tomato , green chili , yogurt , mix well
• Add salt , red chili powder , coriander powder , mix well , cover and cook until mince’s water dried completely
• Add water and bring it to boil
• Add rice and cook till water is almost dry
• Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes on low flame
