Ingredients to make Chicken Korma:

– For preparing Chicken Marination(1hr wait time):
1) Chicken – medium size pieces – 1 kg.
2) Kashmiri Red Chilli powder – 1tsp
3) Salt (As per taste)
4) Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
5) Curd – 1 tbsp (Completely stirred with no lumps)
6) Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp.

– For preparing Chicken gravy:
1) Mustard Oil – 5 tbsp
2) Onion (Thinly sliced) – 5 nos.
3) Tej Patta – 1 nos.
4) Dalchini – 2-3 sticks
5) Kali Mirch – 6 to 7 freshly ground
6) Badi Elaichi – 2 nos
7) Choti Elaichi – 2 to 3 nos.
8) Laung – 2 to 3 nos.
9) Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
10) Coconut powder – 1 tbsp
11) Curd – 1 cup (Completely stirred with no lumps)
12) Salt (As per taste, if required)
13) Cashews- 6 nos.
14) Almonds- 4 nos.
15) Kewda water – 4 tbsp

-Ingredients to make Special Garam masala:
1) Jaiphal – 1 nos
2) Laung – 2 to 3 nos.
3) Dalchini – 1 stick
4) Choti Elaichi seeds – 2 to 3 nos.
5) Kali Mirch – 4 to 5 freshly ground
