Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken.
1 packet Shan korma mix.
1 Onion.
1 tbsp Ginger. (Julien cut)
1 cup Yogurt.
Recipe:
Fry the onion until its golden brown. Keep them aside. Now in same pan add chicken, shan korma mix and yogurt. Cover and cook for 30-35 minutes. Add ginger. Mash the fried onion and to the chicken. Cover and cook for another 7-10 minutes. You can add water if you want more gravy. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with Naan, roti, rice. Enjoy.
