1. Chicken- 600 gm
2. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
3. Salt – 1 tsp
4. Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tsp
5. Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
6. Oil – 2 tsp
Ingredients of sour yogurt paste
1. Sour yogurt – 100 gm
2. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
3. Cumin powder- ½ tsp
4. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
5. Red chilli powder-½ tsp
6. Pepper powder- ½ tsp
Ingredients of whole hot spices
1. Bay leaves- 2 peace
2. Dry chilli- 3 peace
3. Clove – 6 peace
4. Cardamom – 3 peace
5. Cinnamon- 4 peace
6. Whole black pepper – 4 peace
Ingredients of Cooking Time
1. Mustard oil -2tsp
2. Onion- 2 peace
3. Ginger and garlic paste – 3 tsp
4. Tomato paste – 2 tsp
5. Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
6. Tomato – 1 peace
7. Capsicum- 1 peaces
8. Onion – 1 peace
9. Salt – 1 tsp
10. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
11. Coriander leaves- 20 gm
12. Ghee- 2 tsp
