Chicken Leg Masala making process:-
Chicken leg pieces (1 kg)(8 pieces) as Required
3 tbsp Curd,
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder,
1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder,
1/2 tsp Garam Masala,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
1 tbsp Corn Flour,
1 tbsp Rice Flour,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Black Salt(Optional)
1/2 lemon Juice,
1 tsp Mustard oil,,
Soak on 2 to 3 Hrs ( Keep in cool place)
Fry For Oil…
