Tasty Liver / Kaleji recipe is a yummy dry recipe with Chicken Liver.
Ingredients:
Coconut Oil
Onion – 2 (Medium Size)
Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
Pepper Powder – 2tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1tsp
Water
Tomatoes – 2 (Medium Size)
Sliced Ginger – 2 Inch
500 gm Liver
Salt to Taste
Curd – 4 tsp
Dry Methi Leaves
Garam Masala – 1 ½ tsp
Recipe of Liver/Kaleji, we take some oil for frying 2 medium size sliced onion.
After 2 minutes add 2 tsp of garlic paste and saute well. Add ½ tsp of Turmeric and Chilli powder, 2tsp of Pepper powder and 1 tsp of Roasted Cumin powder. Add some water and cook well. Add 2 medium sized Tomatoes and 2 inches of sliced Ginger. Then add our main ingredient 500 gm of Chicken Liver and add Salt to taste. After few minutes add 4 tsp of Curd and dry Methi leaves. At last, add 1 ½ tsp of Garam Masala and mix well. Our yummy dry liver recipe is ready to serve. | SERVE HOT
