To Make Marinade
Chicken Lollipop – 6 Nos
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Pepper
Egg – 1 No.
Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
Maida – 1 Tbsp
To Make Sauce
Oil – 2 Tsp
Garlic Finely Chopped
Ginger Finely Chopped
Red Chilli Chopped
Soy Sauce – 1 Tsp
Chilli Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Water

Method:
1. To a bowl, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed pepper, beaten egg, corn flour and maida. Mix everything together.
2. Add the chicken lollipops and marinate them for an hour.
3. Now add the chicken lollipops to oil and deep dry them until they are cooked.
4. To a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, fresh red chillies, saute for few mins.
5. Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well.
6. Add a little water to dilute the sauce.
7. Now add the fried lollipops and toss them in the sauce until they are coated well.
8. Finally add some chopped spring onions and turn off the stove.
