Chicken Lollipop is a popular appetizer/starter in Indo-Chinese Cuisine. The most amazing drumette appetizer that is shaped like a Lollipop. Chicken Lollipops are made from Chicken wings, with the skin. Each Chicken wing will yield 2 Chicken Lollipops. Follow our recipe and make this easy yet delicious snack & enjoy with your family. INGREDIENTS:
*Chicken Wings – 5(makes 10 lollipops)
MARINADE:
*Soya Sauce- 2tsp
*Chilli Sauce- 2tbsp
*Tomato Sauce- 2tbsp
*Ginger-Garlic Paste- 2tsp
*Juice of Half Lemon
*Garam Masala- 1tsp
*Crushed Pepper
*Corn flour- 1tbsp
*All-Purpose Flour- 1tbsp
*Egg- 1(beaten)
*Salt
Mix well & Marinate Chicken for 1hour or Overnight
*Spring Onion Greens
*Oil for frying
After frying, the Lollipops are ready,it can eaten as it is. To enhance the Taste we make a sauce & coat the Lollipops.

SAUCE FOR LOLLIPOP:
*Chopped Garlic
*Red chillies
*Onion Chopped
*Soya Sauce
*Chilli Sauce
Saute all ingredients and mix Fried Chicken Lollipops with it to coat evenly.
Serve hot.
It can be Served as an Appetizer/Starter before meal or even can be eaten as a evening Snack.
