Ingredients :
Chicken drummettes – 600 gms
For Marination :
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 3/4 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon – 1
2 pinches of Red food colour
Salt as required
For coating :
Cornflour – 3/4 cup
2 pinches of Black pepper powder
2 pinches of Salt
For second coating :
Eggs – 2
2 pinches of Black pepper powder
2 pinches of Salt
Oil for frying
