Everyone loves Chicken Lollypops! ? Essentially made with chicken wings and chicken legs but my version is made using chicken wings tossed in a flavourful sauce. Chicken lollipops are a super popular fried appetizer all over the country. They are commonly served after immediately tossing the wings in a sauce. Use Kashmiri chilli powder or paste. - Once fried you can cool and then deep freeze the lollypops to use it within a month. - If you do not wish to use chicken you can replace it with soya chaap and follow the same recipe. - Storage – after frying the chicken, cool and then freeze them. Use within 4weeks. - Shelf life – once ready use within 2 days.
