– Limu Ka Ras (Lemon Juice) – 1 Tbsp
– Namak (Salt) – 1 Tsp or to Taste
2ND MARINATION:
– Dahi (Yogurt) Whisked – 1/2 Cup
– Malai (Fresh Cream) – 1/2 Cup
– Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 Cup
– Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) Chopped – 1Tbsp
– Adrak Paste (Ginger Paste) – 1 Tbsp
– Lehsan (Garlic) Chopped – 1 Tbsp
– Safed Mirch Powder (White Pepper Powder) – 1 Tsp
– Corn Flour – 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
– Marinated Chicken (Made Earlier)
FOR FRYING- & ASSEMBLING:
– Bamboo Sticks – 4-5
– Makhan (Butter) – 3 Tbsp
